Prof. Manor is the Chairman of the Board of the Israel National Institute for Health Policy Research, since 2014, and a Professor of Biostatistics at the Braun School of Public Health and Community Medicine of the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem.
Prof. Manor is a former Director of the School. Prof. Manor received her first and second degrees in Statistics from the Hebrew University and her Ph.D. in Statistics from Stockholm University. Currently, Prof. Manor leads the Israel National Program for Quality Indicators in Community Healthcare. Prof. Manor is the founder of the Israel Longitudinal Mortality Studies. Prof. Manor’s research interests include health inequalities, the developmental origin of adult disease and quality of care. In 2012, Prof. Manor was the recipient of The Hebrew University Rector’s award for an outstanding faculty member.
